The same as last year there will be no food or beverages supplied by us, you will need to bring your own meals; event pricing has been adjusted to reflect this change. Aside from that, not much else has changed, we will have courses, races, inflatables, auctions, prizes, music, friends, paddling and lots and lots of fun.
We have a bunch of great courses from Aquabatics and CANRVRSUP that are available throughout the weekend. Spaces are limited so please sign up early!
Volunteers will be needed for set up, take down and for on-water events throughout the weekend. We will be posting a link shortly for volunteer sign up.

Kan’t Fest 2020
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Kanfest 2020 will not be able to proceed this summer due to COVID-19. While the parks have reopened, there are still restrictions for large gatherings that will not be lifted for the foreseeable future. Social distancing and hygiene measures like frequent handwashing are also not possible in a large camp setting outdoors.
We encourage you to continue to support all of our past and present sponsors, as many of them are in the tourism and recreation industry and facing a very difficult year. To keep the kanfest spirit going, we’re going to be launching some fun virtual kayak competitions. Stay tuned for more details.
We will come back bigger and stronger for Kanfest 2021!
Additional Note: Canoe Meadows and Widow Maker are still closed for construction and will not be open until later this summer (unrelated to COVID). If you are looking to access the river, please use the trail via the Barrier Info Center parking lot.
